Jane is a registered psychologist with a deep commitment to supporting her clients through life's various challenges. As a certified ‘Circle of Security Parenting’ facilitator, she excels in addressing issues related to grief, depression, anxiety, low mood, and adjustment difficulties. Jane's expertise lies in helping individuals who feel 'stuck' find a more fulfilling path, emphasising the importance of early psychological intervention for achieving stable mental health.


With a strong foundation in attachment theory, Jane understands the critical role of healthy relationships in emotional well-being. Her neuro-affirming approach allows her to assist those who are exploring their neurodivergent traits, such as ADHD or Autism. Jane practices part-time at our Noosa clinic and offers telehealth appointments for added convenience.

She understands the unique issues that people face at different stages of life and is able to assist individuals as they face challenges and guide them through change. Victoria is a clinically qualified psychotherapist who works with men, women, couples, families, teens and children. She supports clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma and personality disorders. Victoria has a special interest in working with adolescents and the unique challenges they face, addressing issues within the context of the family structure.
